All of our retail orders ship via either USPS or Fed Ex within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed.  Our shipping calculator will ship worldwide, but some countries need to be turned on – so if you dont see your country on the list -just shoot us an email and we will get it to work.

Due to the nature of personal care products Old Factoru does not accept returns or exchanges  and we do not issue refunds for any reason.  If you have any questions before purchase, let us know! We are happy to chat with you.  If you have any concerns about a recent purchase, we are happy to talk.
