How to order private label soap
Ordering private label soap from Old Factory is super easy….just follow the instructions below and you will have some unique white label soap bars on your shelf in no time at all. You can order private label soap from us directly, or from us via the Faire wholesale platform. These instructions are for our free label design options, where you can pick from one of four standard labels for us to insert your logo/branding into.
Ordering soap direct from Old Factory is as easy as 1….2….3….
- Email us with your order (list quantities of each scent, name and shipping address). We will reply with an invoice, you can pay in a variety of ways including Zelle, Square credit card, Square ACH, Plaid ACH, or mail us a check.
- Email us with (1) your logo (2) your website and (3) your names for the soap (for example, lavender blend/field & flower = lavender fields, soothing lavender, etc or mint & mary = garden mint, mint medley, etc). If you have a tag line, or would like anything else in particular on the label, send that as well. We will take this information and create your labels.
- Approve labels. Once we have above information, we will respond with label proofs for you to approve. Once they are approved, we will print and ship.
Ordering soap direct from us on Faire is as easy as 1….2….3….
- Place your order on our Faire wholesale platform. Be sure to select the label style (three private label options to choose from), bar size (full bar or sample size), and what scents you would like.
- Email us with (1) your logo (2) your website and (3) your names for the bars (for example lavender blend = soothing lavender, lavender sunrise etc)
- Approve labels. Once we receive the above, we will reply to your email with label proofs for you to approve. Once approved, we will print and ship the bars!

Any soap on our website listed under the “Old Factory Soap” brand is available for private label. This includes our entire goats milk collection, any shea & flax bars, and any current limited editions. We call that our “stock soap” which is always in stock and ready to be private labeled. Anything listed as our “Parousia” brand is not available for private label. Besides the soap on our website, we can make your own unique custom soap with the ingredients and look of your choice. Custom soap must be ordered in batch sizes (34 bars, 68 bars, 136 bars, 272 bars, 1088 bars, etc) vs our “stock soap” which can be ordered in multiples of 12 bars. Most customers like to start with our goats milk soap, the scents are simple and quite popular – they have a wonderful lather.
Yes! Just send us any additional information youd like on your label and we can work it in. We can also change the standard text on the back and sides of the label, if you would like to send us your own copy.
Yes! There are lots of ways to private label soap. We offer label design services, and can completely design a unique label based on your logo – the above labels are just entry level options that are free for us to design and print. If you are interested in more complicated/unique label design – shoot us an email. We can also ship you the soap with no label, if youd prefer to label or package it on your end. Lastly, we can also send you a blank template to design and send back to us for print.
There are a few differences. If you order on Faire, your pricing will be higher per-bar but you can order a lower amount of bars (MOQ is $100). If you order direct, your pricing will be less expensive per-bar but the minimum is a bit higher (MOQ is $250). In the long run, ordering direct is a good idea, however if you want to try us out with minimum investment you can order via Faire!
